Inercia Digital S.L. is the data controller responsible for the processing of users’ personal data and informs users that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

What do we process your personal data for?
Personal data provided by users through forms, contact channels, email or other means available on this Website may be processed for the following purposes:
1. Managing enquiries and requests for information
To manage, process and respond to enquiries, requests for information and other requests submitted by users, including those relating to our services, activities and training programmes.
2. Managing training activities and programmes
To manage requests for information, registration or pre-registration for training activities and programmes, as well as the communications necessary for their proper management and participation.
3. Managing applications and professional opportunities
To manage personal data provided by individuals interested in professional opportunities or recruitment processes, for the purpose of managing their application, contacting them regarding potential professional opportunities and assessing their suitability for the profiles required.
Where users provide their personal data for the purpose of being considered for future professional opportunities, such data may be included in a database of potential candidates and used to contact the individual when opportunities arise that may be suitable for their profile.
CVs may be received and processed by email when they are required for the assessment of an application.

To send, where there is a lawful basis permitting this, commercial communications relating to products, services, activities and news from Inercia Digital S.L.

How long will we retain your personal data?

In the case of applications and recruitment processes, data will be retained for as long as necessary to manage the relevant process and, where the user has authorised their retention for future professional opportunities, for as long as they remain necessary for that purpose or until the user requests their deletion or withdraws their consent where consent is the applicable legal basis.
Data used for commercial communications will be retained for as long as there is a lawful basis permitting such processing and until the user requests deletion or withdraws consent where consent is the applicable legal basis.
Once the applicable retention periods have expired, the data will be deleted or, where applicable, blocked in accordance with applicable legislation.
Who may receive your personal data?

The request must allow the data subject to be identified and specify the right they wish to exercise.
Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if they consider that the processing of their personal data does not comply with applicable legislation.
3. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED
