Project Description

E-MPROVER is a project proposal for an intersectoral partnership composed of SEP (applicant organisation), Infolog, Inercia Digital and IED. The purpose of this project is to contribute to the social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities through the development of competencies in the field of web entrepreneurship. To achieve this objective, the partners have proposed developing a non-formal learning tool for youth workers to use in training with young people with fewer opportunities. We have established this transnational and intersectoral partnership because the problem of social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities is European, and the solution can only come from collaboration between organisations working in different areas to have a complete picture of the phenomenon.

Objectives

Implementation

Project implementation is based on the definition of a training process improvement framework (e-MPROVER) that is designed and validated through the collection and analysis of quality indicator data in VET and adult education centres (success rates, retention, student and employer satisfaction, etc.), from which an online self-assessment and monitoring tool is developed, allowing centres to diagnose their strengths and weaknesses, plan improvement actions and compare results between years and with other centres; this tool is tested in several partner countries, complemented by training for managers and quality coordinators, where practical cases of process improvement are worked on and experiences are documented, which are integrated into a methodological guide and a set of open materials for use by other centres and European VET systems.

Expected Results

Greater self-assessment and improvement capacity of VET and adult education centres, with a systematised and digitalised process improvement model.

Existence of an online assessment and improvement tool (e-MPROVER) and a methodological guide for applying the model in different educational contexts.

Increase in the perceived quality of training, with improvements in success, retention and satisfaction indicators resulting from the application of specific improvement actions.

Strengthening of transnational cooperation between centres and vocational training authorities for the dissemination and consolidation of the process improvement model.
